其實對方要表達的意思是：
你是不是傻？/ 你是不是腦子進水了？
這個表達來源於美國人問對方：是不是吸du了？這會讓人失去理智。後來引申為問：你是不是傻？
例：
Are you smoking? Just look at what you've done!
你是不是腦子進水了？看看你都做了些什麼！
