今天是讲4阶中，Sparrows 麻雀系列 的第二本。这个分支的书共6本，在书的封面右下角有个标识，讲的是穆斯林家庭 Yasmin 的一家。关于其他的鸟系列，我就不赘述了。开始今天的故事吧。

今天还是讲 Yasmin 一家的故事。
The boy is Adam.
He is Yasmin's little brother.
封面上的这个男孩子叫作 Adam，它是 Yasmin 的弟弟。
He is playing his toy car.
他呀，正在玩他的玩具车。

Adam 一边在玩玩具车，一边在想什么呢？
在他的 thinking buble 里，
他正在雪地里开着车呢。

look 在这里不是 “看”，而是 “看上去” 的意思
这里的 like，也不是 “喜欢”，而是 “像” 的意思
电视里的那辆车，很像 Adam 的新玩具车。

它正滑下雪坡，满是雪的斜坡。

bin 就是有盖子的大容器，
垃圾桶我们就说是 trash bin

他把面粉放到汽车上。

Adam 为什么把面粉放在玩具汽车上呢？
To look like snow.
是为了让它看上去像雪吧。
