今天，绘本的题目是：“Dragons!”
Dragons! 龙！
之前2阶的《The Little Dragon》中，我们也说到过 dragon。
说到 dragon，我们需要理解一下，龙啊，在中国和西方的意义是不一样的哦。在西方，dragon 是传说中，一种非常凶暴的动物，它的主要任务通常是守护宝藏，它长着翅膀，还会喷火。
而我们中国的龙呢，是可以腾云驾雾，兴云降雨的，是吉祥的象征。而且我们中国人，被认为是龙的传人。
所以今天故事里出现的，是西方的龙。

我们一起来看下封面，
Biff 和 Wilf 这是在哪里？
I can see So many trees around.
So I think, They are in the Park.
我看到他们周围有好多树，
所以我想他们应该是在公园里吧。
Biff is pointing at something.
Biff 在指着什么东西。
And Why does Biff shout?
Let's open the book and turn to page 1.
The children went to the woods with Mrs May.
孩子们跟着 Mrs May 到了树林。
Everyone was excited.
每个人都很开心。

"You can make wigwams,"said Mrs May.
“你们可以搭个小屋。” Mrs May 说。
What were the wigwams？
Wigwams 是什么呢？
Look at the picture.
It just looked like a camp.
Wigwams 看上去就像是一个帐篷。
很久以前，印第安人使用的圆顶或锥形的棚屋。
它是用树枝作为支架搭出来的。
The children went to get sticks.
孩子们去捡树枝。
既然 wigwams 是用树枝搭出来的，
孩子们就分头去找树枝了。

“看那儿！” Biff 说。
"It's a dragon!"said Wilf.
“是一只龙！” Wilf 说。
顺着 Biff 手指的方向，我们确实看到了一头绿色的龙。

"Did you see the green dragon?"said Biff.
“你看到了那只绿色的龙吗？” Biff 说。
"Don't be silly!"said Chip.
“别傻了！” Chip 说。
也是，树林里怎么可能有龙呢？
大家觉得很奇怪，没有在意，继续捡着树枝。
那么，Biff 看到的究竟是什么呢？

“看！” Wilf 说，“你们看到了吗？”
"It's a red dragon!"said Biff.
“是只红色的龙！” Biff 说。
哈哈，这回 Wilf 也看到龙了。

“你看到了那只红色的龙吗？” Wilf 说。
"Don't be silly!"said Chip.
“别傻了！” Chip 说。
因为 Chip 没有看到，所以不敢相信。
怎么可能有龙呢？Don't be silly！

"See!" said Biff. "We did see dragons."
“看！” Biff 说，“我们确实看到了龙。”
这里的 did 是表示强调。
We see dragons. 我们看到了龙。
We did 确实/的确 see dragons. 我们确实看到了龙。
"They are in a play. We can go and see it," said Mrs May.
“它们在表演呢，我们去看看。” Mrs May 说。
in a play 在表演，这里的 play，不是 “玩” 的意思，是 “演出/表演” 的意思。

所以呢，孩子们去看他们表演。
So 是连词，“所以/因此” 的意思
In the stage，there were 2 dragons and some players.
stage 舞台，舞台上有2只恐龙和很多演员。
The dragons sang a song.
恐龙在唱歌。

然后，恐龙在跳吉格舞。
then 也是连词，是 “然后” 的意思。
"The dragons are fun,"said Chip.
“这些恐龙真逗！” Chip说。
