中秋节的英文是 Mid-Autumn Festival
也可以说是 Moon Festival
前缀 mid- 是“在…中间”之意，而 autumn 是“秋天”，festival 则是“节日”，按照字面上翻译，Mid-Autumn Festival 就是“中秋节”。另外，月亮可以说是中秋节的重要代表物，所以我们又可以称中秋节为 Moon Festival。

3. bake：指“用烤箱烤”，利用烤箱稳定的上下热源将食物煮熟。

4. broil：一样是指“用烤箱烤”，不同的地方在于“热源方向”。透过烤箱上方或下方的热源来加热食物，温度比 bake 来得高，而且通常都是为了烤出酥脆的食物表皮。

中秋节怎么可以少了赏月呢！一家人团聚在一起，一边吃着烤肉和柚子，一边欣赏高挂在夜空中的满月，真的是人生一大幸福。“赏月”可以用 admire (欣赏) ，也可以用 enjoy (享受)。
