在英語學習的過程中，小詞的意思一定要弄清楚，否則容易鬧笑話。
know 和 recognize的區別
know 意為「與......相識」，是延續性動詞；
recognize意為「認出」，是瞬間的動作，只有在認識的基礎上，才可以認出。
例句如下：
I have known him for ten years, but I didnot recognize him just now because he has changed so much.
我認識他已經10年了，但他的變化如此之大，我剛才沒有認出來。

1.to know who someone is or what something is, because you have seen, heard, experienced, or learned about them in the past
