这里我们先说说after和in在表示：在……之后，的区别，
因为前面我们们刚说了in two days，两天以后的用法，
我们趁热再加一下after，看看有什么共同点，
after 表示以过去时间为起点的一段时间以后，通常与过去时连用，
如：
He came back after two days.
2天后他回来了。
而in 则表示从现在算起的一段时间以后，将来你要去做的一件事情，
如：
I will come back in two days.
我2天后会回来的。
上面的都是+时间段，
而after可以+时间点，表示将来，
如：
He will arrive after two o'clock.
他2点钟以后到。
in却不行。
另：after 还可+表示活动的名词，表：“在……之后”，
如：
He must do homework after school.
放学后他不得不做作业。
in也没有这样用的。
下面我们来说说during和in时间上的区别，
during表示的时间段是 连续 的,
in表示这段时间内的某个时刻，
如：
Many people suffered hardship during the war.
许多人在战争期间受苦遭难。（整个战争时期）
He was injured in the war.
他在战争期间受了伤。（某个时刻）
而相对的，用during和in来表示某个时间段，
用爱因斯坦的相对论来说，during比in感觉上时间长点，
如：
A handful of people left the room during the moment.
a handful of people可以在这段时间里慢慢离开。
A handful of people left the room in the moment.
a handful of people在这段时间里一下就跑光了。
