引言

鋅是人體必需的一種礦物質,參與人體內細胞代謝的諸多途徑,尤其在免疫、創傷癒合、蛋白質合成、DNA表達、細胞分化等領域發揮作用。此外,鋅也參與維護嬰幼兒的正常生長發育和智力發育 [1-4] 。

極養視點

  • 鋅與機體健康有著密不可分的關係;

  • 胃腸道疾病患者,素食主義者,孕期和哺乳期女性以及純母乳喂養的年長嬰兒容易缺鋅;

  • 缺鋅的主要表現為:生長遲緩,食欲不振,免疫功能損傷等;

  • 鋅攝入過量會引起、噁心、嘔吐、食慾下降、腹瀉、腹部絞痛、頭痛等症狀,也會影響銅鐵在體內的平衡;

  • 年齡性別不同,每日對鋅的需求量也不同;

  • 肉類(牛,羊,豬瘦肉),海鮮(乾貝,牡蠣,蝦),動物內臟,雞蛋,牛奶等都是良好的鋅的來源,且吸收利用率高。
