孫校長倡導的3「Q」並舉，是指IQ、EQ、AQ這三商並重，卡迪夫公學把對學生智商的「開發」、情商的「培養」、逆商的「鑄造」，貫穿於學科的教學過程之中。

IQ is reflected by cognitive abilities such as learning, understanding, and memory; for the development of students' IQ, we focus on developing students' ability to deal with the relationship between people and the objective world. EQ is embodied through interpersonal relationship skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, and leadership skills; for the cultivation of students' EQ, we guide students to establish the ability of interpersonal relationships.
