英语阅读：对于没有英文基础的孩子，这部分是比较难的。每篇英文阅读都大于100字，而且题材范围包括诗歌、议论文、科普论文、小说等，长难句较多，对词汇量要求高，约1小时可完成。
英文数学：数学是英文出题的，难度不高，对于公立学校的学生来说，只要能看懂题目，拿满分不是问题，这部分约半小时可完成。
语言运用：这部分难度不大，考察英语语法和英语短篇阅读，大约20分钟可完成。
