在你的心中，中国和中国人，究竟是怎样的形象？他们有哪些不一样的文化？
问题抛出不过二十分钟，各国网友，热烈作答：
1、Tong Zou
I guess I come from the unique perspective of having been to all the East Asian countries (China, Japan, Korea) and my feelings about China has changed because of this. Roughly 30% of my friends are Chinese and 40% Korean.
我觉得我可以从一个独特的视角评论，我去过所有的东亚国家(中国，日本，韩国)，我对中国的感觉也因此改变了。我大约30%的朋友是中国人，40%是韩国人。
Before I lived in Korea, I was in China for a few months, visiting such places as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou.

and although Beijing has lots of history, it just wasn’t as interesting to me as Central and South China were. In contrast, Shanghai was probably the most modern city in China, and Suzhou and Hangzhou had some of the most beautiful natural scenery I’ve experienced.I had lots of (mainland) Chinese friends in university, and also met Chinese people in China of course.

-Chinese people are very prideful about their country, and more uniquely is how prideful they are about the specific region where they are from. A lot of times I would hear not’ Chinese is the best’ but rather ‘Sichuan is the best’ or ‘Beijing is the best’ or ‘Shanghai -- is the best’.
——中国人对自己的国家感到非常自豪，更特别的是，他们对自己来自的特定地区感到多么自豪。很多时候，我听到的不是“中国最好”，而是“四川最好”、“北京最好”或“上海最好”。
But what about that? At least in front of foreigners, they are more willing to praise their motherland, which is the same as ours.

2、Tina
Chinese students usually wear a very loose and ugly sports uniform to school. Foreigners think Korean/Japanese school uniforms look better. The Chinese think it distracts them from their studies and looks too sexy. I think the Chinese seem to value stability and harmony more than freedom and flexibility. In fact, I agree with that. As a Japanese girl, I was troubled by it in high school.
中国的学生，一般会穿一种很宽松的难看运动校服去上学。外国人认为韩国/日本的校服更好看。中国人认为它分散了他们学习的注意力，看起来太性感了。我认为中国人似乎更看重稳定与和谐，而不是自由与灵活。事实上，我对此也表示赞同，作为一名日本女生，我在高中时代时曾因此而饱受困扰！
3、Mosul Sanctioneers
-Japan is Tang Chinese culture, Korea is Chinese culture, China is its own culture. I find China the most westernized in culture out of all of them.

For example, China is the least traditionally Confucist out of those countries, they have mostly done away with traditional ceremonies, religion, outfits (Chinese rarely wear Qipao compared to Japan’s Kimono or Korea’s Hanbok), and their fashion style is more similar to Westerners (i.e casual style) than to Koreans or Japanese.

When Westerners see China, they mostly think that the Han people are China. But according to my 10-year experience in China, although the Han nationality constitutes the main body of the Chinese nation, there are many ethnic minorities in other cultures in China. So if you want to I'm sorry to ask my impression of the Chinese people. I don't know how to answer this question. China is colorful. Maybe you should find the answer by yourself.
西方人看到中国，大多认为汉人就是中国。但是根据我旅居中国的10年经验来看，虽然汉族构成了中华民族的主体，但是在此以外，中国还有很多其他文化的少数民族——在一个良好、强大的政府带领下，他们各具特色，彼此和谐的生活在东亚的土地上，所以，如果你要问我对中国人的印象，对不起，我并不知道该如何回答这个问题，中国是多彩的，或许你应该自己来寻找答案！
5、Love and killing
Ha ha ha ha, I have to say that the Chinese people are the world's favorite people to take photos. In their social software, thousands of people regularly self-portray themselves and publish many photos of their lives without reason every day.
哈哈哈哈，我不得不说的是，中国人是我目睹过的全世界最喜欢拍照的民族。在他们的社交软件中，成千上万的人每天都会定时的毫无理由地自拍、以及发布很多有关自己生活的照片。
In a period of time, I can even grasp the footprint of a Chinese friend's life today and even in the next few days through his social home page! I once expressed my "security concerns" to my friend for this reason, but he didn't seem to take it seriously. Well, after four years of living in China, I no longer have this doubt.

6、One Hundred Days'Waiting
During my little over 2 weeks visit to China I worked with many Chinese engineers both men and women their level of dedication to their work impress me very onu my imagination. Their hospitality unparalleled I ever enjoyed anywhere.

Such a hospitable nation is very different from the rumors I heard about China when I was young. Over the next 30 years, I worked with many Chinese people and did business with many mainlanders.

Here, I know my wife.I have met all of her family - her parents, her brother, his wife and son。

We, as all people do when seeking to bring their loved one to the US, had to do all the preparatory work for the K-i visa, and then on arrival, we married had a brief honeymoon.

Further government processing yielded her green card, social security card and everything else she needed (for now) to begin her life in the US.

- so much had been done in a very short time to build up the cities, the infrastructure, the distribution systems, the markets - there doesn’t seem to anything that they lack from a commerce perspective.

The two of us are enjoying a great life – her personality complements mine so well. My life with my Chinese wife has been blessed.

7、Damien Defranco
I’ve been in and out of China since 2010. More times than I can count. I stopped counting. Overall I have a really high opinion for most of China, the Chinese citizens, and the culture.

They have made great progress the last 5 or more years especially with the economy, and environment. China is in the position with it’s growth to be the worlds biggest powerhouse, and it’s doing it. It’s the best opportunity as a foreigner to make a lot of money by investing in China’s businesses.

China also has the best food. You can live in China for 20 years, travel all over and never eat the same food. Every province you go to has a complete different palate.

I’ve eaten everywhere, and wow, the food is amazing. I’ve got over 7200 images saved up over the years from food pictures I’ve taken. I would have had more too if two of my phones weren’t stolen while I was there. If you are a big foodie, then China has to be one of your stops.

8、Hell Angels
GuiLin area is my favorite in all of China. So much so I own a ton of property there. Farmland, factories, retail stores, houses, apartments, you name it, I got it now.

Each time I go to China, I got to go there also. If not for the scenery, then for the noodles.

The Li River, is a great quiet place. It smells fresh, and amazing. Nature there sounds wonderful.

There is nothing like the feeling of being on a raft in the river, and just drifting. From sun up, to sun down. It’s amazing. It’s such a calming area, that you can literally fall asleep on a raft, on the river and have the best sleep you’ll ever have in your life. I just wish I could get wifi there and I’d be taking out my laptop there to get work done.

One other great thing I like about China is the shopping/night life. When the sun goes down, the street vendors come out. And as a foreigner, it’s really cool to see it all.

Chinese Entrepreneurs with a cart comes and setups. They unfold their carts and tents come out, tables, and all their products.

Food vendors setup, with beer, BBQ and everything you could want in an evening meal. Tables and chairs get setup and they’ll come take your order. Meats and vegetables fried in oil, then grilled on the BBQ with tons of chili sauce. Mmmmmm, even spicy grilled corn on the cob.

Then all the little cultural knick knacks. The jade stones, pendants, all the local carved woods and jewelry. Basically souvenirs. I mean sure, you can buy this all online much cheaper like from Taobao or Aliexpress/Alibaba, but it’s not the same experience as buying there.

Everything in China is very inexpensive compared to other countries. So this makes China great for foreigners.You can work 1 year in a pace like Canada, or the USA, and live off of that money for 5 years in China.

9、Hate mustard
Everything is cheap from internet, rent, travel, phones, food, drinks, etc.

I was given a VIP Exclusive Lifetime Pass for free to all movies in China. Because I am a foreigner and I like to drink there. I can see any movie I want for free.

Beer in China is around $0.50 cents Canadian (CAD), where as in Canada, that size would be about $6.50.

I paid I think $50 CAD per year for Internet in China at one of my apartments. In Canada I pay $119 CAD per month. That’s 28x cheaper in China.

10、Abhishek Pajnoo
I have been Living in china for more then 3 years . Before I came here I was told not to go there for job, chinese are bad and all crap. Moving forward to 2016 when I first came to China, with little fear inside what if something happens to me since I am an indian, I was about to be proved wrong.

First day at job, my manager was a chinese lady, who introduced me to other collègues and gave me a warm welcome . P.S I am from india . When I was asked where I was from I was hesitant to say that I am indian , what if they get angry and reject me . But when I said I am from india, i got reply “welcome to china brother “, we love Bollywood. Slowly that fear disappeared and became love.

I did have my own share of bad experience but not from Chinese it was with other foreigners who started belittling me because they are from 1st world country

culture wise China and india are quite similar, the respect we pay to elders, our behavior towards other.

Yes, because of all the people and things I met in China, I want to tell everyone loudly that I love China, I am an Indian who likes China!
