最近大家备考BEC，主要复习重点在写作这一part，于是有求必应的小森，应同学们的要求，整理了关于商务英语写作的答题技巧，BEC中高级考试都适用哦~
BEC商务英语写作评分标准&对应技巧
想要得高分，必须要了解评分标准。
- Task completion完成内容要点
- 涵盖所有要点，才能完成交际任务，这是高分的决胜点。
- 大作文有5个任务点，务必一一解答。
- Organization of ideas内容组织有逻辑
- 让读者“看见”文章逻辑性的手段，是重要的采分依据。
- 体现呼应与衔接，使用递进、因果、顺序、对比衔接词。
- Appropriateness文体和格式得体
- 得体，即是符合语域特点，分为正式、中性与非正式。
- 报告、建议书与信函都属于正式文体。
- 使用正式格式与正式套语
- 不使用口语化表达，例如ok, really great, what's up等。
- 不使用缩写形式。禁用I'm, You're, They'd, He's, It's, We've等，而是使用I am, You are, They would, He is, It is, We have.
- Range of vocabulary词汇量丰富
- 不要照抄题目的所有词汇与句型结构。
- 尽量使用同义词、反义词，或者转换句型，展现丰富的词汇量与多样化的结构。
- Accuracy of grammar and spelling语言准确
- 句型、词汇、拼写准确，规范
- 题目中的handwritten notes通常只是Key words, 不是完整的句子。
- 务必把handwritten notes 进行补充、转化成完成句子。
Business Report 的基本结构&8组标准套语
在商务报告中，要求考生就具体问题或事件，按照报告的格式作出信息陈述。
内容包括一般包括：
- 标题 （Heading）
- 引言 （Introduction）
- 调查结果 （Findings）
- 结论（Conclustions）
- 与建议（Recommendations)
建议书(proposal)的格式与报告(report)相似。
不同之处在于，建议书的重点是建议讨论的内容，而且Recommendations部分必不可少。
以下8组标准套语，是加分神器，务必背诵使用！
01 Introduction 引言

02 Findings 调查结果
- It was found that...
- The graph / bar chart / pie chart / table / data clearly shows that...

- No conclusions were reached regarding the...
04 Recommendations 建议
- We would recommend that...
- It is recommended / proposed / suggested that...(sb should do sth)
05 Adding ideas 递进连接词

06 Contrasting ideas
转折连接词
- However,...
- Nevertheless,...
- Although...
- Despite / In spite of ...（名词或动名词）

07 Making comparisons

08 Cause and effect
因果关系连接词
