那「You're wasted」的意思就是：
「你真浪費」或「你真廢物」？

wasted 爛醉的
You're wasted.
意思是：你喝得爛醉 / 你喝大了
也可以說成：You get wasted.
【例】：
Sandy was wasted last night. We had to carry her back home.
Sandy昨晚喝得爛醉，我們不得不把她抬回家。
We all got wasted last night.
我們昨晚全醉倒了。

過去每場比賽前，我們都一醉方休。
3），醉得無法形容了

4），比較正式的場合表達喝醉
Sir, are you intoxicated?
先生，您醉了嗎？
I was inebriated.
我喝醉了。

「酒量」的英文表達
「酒量」的英文是alcohol tolerance
「酒量好」可以說：
have a high tolerance / be a heavy weight
heavy weight：重量級，喝酒場景下的重量級就是「很能喝」
「酒量不好」可以說：
have a low tolerance/ be a light weight
light weight，輕量級，引申為「酒量差」
【例】：
My friend has a high tolerance, but I'm a light weight.
我的朋友酒量好，但我酒量不行。
