Little Miss Muffet, sat on a tuffet, eating her curds and whey.

小女孩瑪菲特坐在小土堆上，吃著酥奶酪。

Along came a spider, who dropped down beside her and frightened Miss Muffet away.

一直蜘蛛從樹上垂了下來，正好落在了瑪菲特的身旁，突然嚇到了她。

「Help!」 cried Miss Muffet.

「救命啊！」瑪菲特哭著說。

She ran from her tuffet and into the woods down below.

她從小土堆上跑了下來，然後躲到了樹林裡面。

「Come back!」 called the spider.

「快回來！」蜘蛛說到。

He rushed off to find her.

他匆忙跑過去去尋找瑪菲特。

「I'm sorry for scaring you so.」

「我很抱歉剛才嚇到你了。」

The little girl sighed.

小女孩嘆了口氣。

「What a bad place to hide.」

「這真是一個糟糕的藏身地方啊！」

「Now I'm lost! I'll be stuck here all night.

「現在我迷路了，我整個晚上都要困在這裡了。」

Then she heard a deep growl and an ear-splitting howl.

然後她聽到一聲低吼，還有震耳欲聾的咆哮聲。

They gave poor Miss Muffet a fright.

可憐的瑪菲特快要被嚇死了。

A big wolf jumped out.

一隻大灰狼跳出來。

He said with a shout, 「It’s time for my dinner, my dear.」

它吼叫著說：「現在是晚餐時間了，我的寶貝。」

「I'll have little girl pie!」

「我可以吃到小女孩做的派了！」

「Put her down!」 came a cry.

「快把她放下！」突然傳來一陣叫喊。

「Don』t worry. Seb Spider is here.」

「不用擔心，蜘蛛俠賽博來救你啦。」

The wolf gave a smile.

大灰狼露出了笑容。

「I do like your style. But what can you do against me?」

「我很欣賞你的勇氣。但你有什麼本事和我作對？」

「I'll show you,」 said Seb.

蜘蛛賽博說道：「我會給你好看的。」

He spun a strong web and tied the bad wolf to a tree.

它織出一張大網，把大灰狼緊緊地纏在了樹上。

Miss Muffet said, 「Seb, what a wonderful web. Now let's go!」

小女孩瑪菲特高興地說道：「賽博, 這張網織得好棒，我們快走吧！」

So Seb showed her the way.

蜘蛛賽博帶著小女孩逃走了。

Now she's friends with Seb Spider.

現在小女孩瑪菲特和蜘蛛賽博變成了好朋友。

He hangs down beside her and spins for Miss Muffet all day.

賽博垂在小女孩身邊，整天為她織網，玩得開心極了。
