雅思口語考試中，part1中經常會被問及平時喜歡什麼運動，休閒時間都幹嘛的話題時，很多人都會選擇gym。
做運動嘛，為了減肥啊，哈哈哈，先給你一組跟gym相關的地道表達，來看看你都認識幾個啊。
為了keep a good shape, 我就是天天跑gym。然後就是work out，work out。然後就認識了很多的喜歡運動的native speakers.
我們都知道美國人特別愛健身，所以我就讓你感受一下，到底需要普及哪些關於gym的表達。這樣你在口語考試中，才會能夠真正地道地表達給我們的雅思口語考官們哈。
I ：Catherine，I am gonna go change my clothes in the locker room first.
我要先去更衣室換下衣服哈
Catherine：Sure，I』ll be on the treadmill warming up.
好，我先去跑步機上熱身啦
I：It is so crowded.
這裡人好多啊
Catherine： well, they need to find a way to burn off all the food they had.
是呀，大家都需要一個途徑來消耗掉那些油膩的食物呀，
I: You』re right, maybe 『freshman 15 pounds』 gave them a kick up the butt.
嗯確實，他們可能被「新生15磅」給嚇到了吧
I： Gosh, Catherine, look, he looks so exhausted.
天哪，Catherine，快看，他看起來做gym做得很辛苦啊
Catherine：That’s Bill. A diet of 10 burgers a day has given him that jelly-belly and man-boobs. Glad he’s finally working out.
那是Bill，一天十個漢堡包，讓他變成了大胖子，看到他在做gym，還是不錯的
I: these guys are so beefy.
這些人都好壯啊
Catherine：It’s because they are in the football team.
這是因為他們都是橄欖球隊的
Catherine：haha, are these boys your type?
哈哈，這些男生是你的菜嘛？
I: No, I prefer skinner guys.
不，我喜歡稍微瘦一點的男生
Catherine： what a shame, looks like there』ll be no romance for you here today.
真是 可惜呢，看來你今天在這兒沒有艷遇了。
I：what are you gonna do next?
你今天有什麼計劃嗎？
Catherine：today is back and shoulders day for me
我今天準備練一練背和肩
Catherine：a few pull-ups, a session>rowing machine and then I』ll hit the bench press.
做一做引體向上，可能還練一練划船機和臥推。
I: I just wanna do some stretching. I cannot use this kind of equipment.
我只想做一下拉伸，這些器械我做不了
Catherine：haha, you are so week, good luck princess.
哈哈你真弱啊，祝你好運啊，小公主。
I: you too, Miss Muscle.

關於上面的對話，你需要學到大學大部分我都已經標註加粗。也給大家整理到下面這個表格，你可以總結學習，不過最好的還是放在句子中進行記憶和積累。
上面那段話中的很多句子你都是可以直接拿來用的，抑或是稍改一下。
比如：Generally speaking, I would do some stretching first when I am in a gym. And then I』ll be on the treadmill warming up. Last but not certainly the least, I would do a few pull-ups, a session on the rowing machine and then I』ll hit the bench press.
