雅思口语考试中，part1中经常会被问及平时喜欢什么运动，休闲时间都干嘛的话题时，很多人都会选择gym。
做运动嘛，为了减肥啊，哈哈哈，先给你一组跟gym相关的地道表达，来看看你都认识几个啊。
为了keep a good shape, 我就是天天跑gym。然后就是work out，work out。然后就认识了很多的喜欢运动的native speakers.
我们都知道美国人特别爱健身，所以我就让你感受一下，到底需要普及哪些关于gym的表达。这样你在口语考试中，才会能够真正地道地表达给我们的雅思口语考官们哈。

Catherine：Sure，I’ll be on the treadmill warming up.

I：It is so crowded.

Catherine： well, they need to find a way to burn off all the food they had.

I: You’re right, maybe ‘freshman 15 pounds’ gave them a kick up the butt.

Catherine：a few pull-ups, a session>rowing machine and then I’ll hit the bench press.
做一做引体向上，可能还练一练划船机和卧推。
I: I just wanna do some stretching. I cannot use this kind of equipment.
我只想做一下拉伸，这些器械我做不了
Catherine：haha, you are so week, good luck princess.
哈哈你真弱啊，祝你好运啊，小公主。
I: you too, Miss Muscle.
