With the open and diversified innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem, China has become increasingly attractive for international talents. China has not only launched a series of policies to support entrepreneurship, but also established industrial parks for international talents, one of which is Hangzhou International Talents Entrepreneurship & Innovation Park (HITEIP).

作为杭州拱墅区试点建设的首个外国人创新创业园区，外创园在政策、资金、服务等方面给予了外籍创业者全力支持，自2017年以来，先后落地德、英、法、美等14个国家46个外籍非华裔创业项目，备受国际人才和创业项目的青睐。
Established in 2017, HITEIP is the first international talent park in Hangzhou, Gongshu District. It provides funding, services and policy support to international talents, and has launched 46 entrepreneurial projects from 14 countries, including Germany, the UK, France, and the United States.
像外创园这样的平台，不仅为外籍人士在华创业提供了便利，而且也是中国良好创新创业生态的重要基础。在此背景下，一大批优秀的外籍创新创业人才得以涌现，成为了推动中国创新发展的新力量。
Industrial parks like HITEIP have become the infrastructure for China’s innovative ecosystem, and they help cultivate a large number of outstanding international talents. Together, they are an important force in promoting China's innovation.
为展示外籍人才在华创业的杰出成就，福布斯中国携手杭州市拱墅区于日前共同推出“2023福布斯中国杰出外籍创业者评选”。该评选旨在寻找在华成功创业的优秀外籍人才，记录他们在中国实现创业梦想的故事，助力构建更加包容、开放、丰富的创新创业生态。
To showcase the achievements of foreign entrepreneurs in China, Forbes China and Gongshu District of Hangzhou have jointly launched the “2023 Forbes China Outstanding Foreign Entrepreneur Selection”. The project aims to give recognition to outstanding foreign entrepreneurs who will share their stories of success in China and help to build a more inclusive and innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.

关于“2023福布斯中国杰出外籍创业者评选”
About 2023 Forbes China Outstanding Foreign Entrepreneur Selection
Eligibility
评选对象
- 年满18周岁，过往无犯罪记录 Nominees must be 18 years of age or older with no criminal record；
- 在中国境内进行项目落地 Nominees’ projects must be implemented in China；
- 评选对象需为海外来华创新创业、科技合作的外籍人士/外籍人士所在团队，主要包括 Nominees must be foreign individuals or teams who have started a business or carried out scientific cooperation in China, including: 1) 创业项目或团队的主导者、策划者等核心成员 Core members such as team leaders or project planners； 2) 在国内重点高等院校或国（境）外知名高校取得硕士及以上学位的优秀外籍人才 Individuals who have obtained a master's or above degree from key institutions of higher education in China or well-known universities abroad； 3) 聚焦重点产业方向：生命健康、数字经济、新材料、新能源等赛道 Entrepreneurs focused on key industries such as life science, digital economy, new material, renewable energy, etc.； 4) 创业团队有一位或以上外籍人士即符合资格；港澳台持外籍护照者可以参加 Teams will be eligible as long as one or more members are foreign individuals; residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan holding foreign passports are also eligible.
