近日，歐洲知名政治家、經濟學家、波蘭前總理瓦爾德馬·帕夫拉克給中國東中西部區域發展和改革研究院發來信函，對中國政府迅速、有效應對疫情表示高度讚賞，對戰鬥在抗疫一線的醫務人員致以最崇高的敬意，向中國人民表示支持和慰問。

我謹代表波蘭經濟大會基金會以及波中一帶一路促進聯席會，向遭受新冠肺炎疫情影響的中國人民致以深切慰問。我方願與你方攜手，共同幫助生活受到影響的中國人民。願不幸被感染的人們能夠快速康復，對於受疫情影響遭受變故的家庭，我們致以最誠摯的慰問。

此外，中國人民在攜手抗擊疫情時所展現出來的勇氣與奉獻精神令人敬佩。對於奮戰在抗疫一線的醫護人員，請代為轉達我們最崇高的敬意，他們的勇氣令全世界人民深受鼓舞。中國政府在控制疫情方面所發揮的作用也值得讚賞。面對疫情，中國政府採取了果斷、快速而專業的應對措施，為世界各國應對此類威脅樹立了新的標杆。衷心希望全體中國人民為抗擊新冠肺炎疫情所做出的努力能夠快速取得成效。

In the name of the Polish Economic Congress Foundation and the Joint Committee for Advancement of the Belt and Road Between Poland and China, I would like to extend our sympathy to the Chinese Nation struck by the COVID-19 disease. Our thoughts and support is with those whose lives have been influenced by the illness. We wish all those that got sick a swift recovery and offer our deepest condolences to the families that lost dear ones due to the disease.

On the other hand it is important to point out the courage and devotion of the People of China who stand together facing this time of crisis. We ask you to convey our deepest respect to the medical personnel that fights the outbreak, their bravery is an inspiration to others all around the world. We would also like to emphasize on the role that the Chinese Government played in containing of the outbreak. Determined, swift and professional reaction of the Government of China sets out a new standard for all countries in handling such threats. We hope that the combined effort of the entire Chinese Nation will soon bring effect in combating the outbreak.
