精讀推薦：Raz A-Z
在所有分級閱讀體系中，RAZ 是完全0基礎的，從看圖識詞開始，整個級別的句子長短都出奇的一致，而且不涉及任何的語法、時態，非常適合0基礎的孩子循序漸進來進行學習。

教學目標
首先，我們來看一下本期繪本課的教學目標：
1．掌握10個目標詞彙：mail郵件，hot chocolate巧克力熱飲，handle手柄，air空氣，feels感覺（feel的第三人稱單數），cold冷的，car汽車，tree樹，mailbox郵箱，fence柵欄
2．掌握2個高頻詞彙：cold冷的和定冠詞the
3．辨別字母Ff的發音: feels
4．掌握固定的句型：The… feels cold today. (…為名詞單數)
課前引導
看看繪本封面，問問孩子今天天氣怎麼樣呢？可以問How is the weather today? 今天天氣如何？How do you know? 你是如何知道（天氣很冷）的？
接著讓孩子指出作者和插畫家，Who is the writer? Written by Anthony Curran，作者就是Anthony Curran哦！Who is the illustrator? Illustrated by Arthur Lin, 插畫家就是Arthur Lin哦。
接下來，我們一起來聽聽繪本音頻，看看書里的主人公在這個冷天裡乾了什麼吧。Let’s go!

現在小朋友和爸爸媽媽一起來讀讀繪本吧。
The air feels cold today.
今天，空氣感覺起來很涼。
指著圖片問問孩子Where is the little boy? Is he inside or outside? 這個小男孩在哪裡呢？是在室內還是室外啊？接著我們可以描述下雪景和小男孩的穿著。
It is snowing outside. Big white snow covers the bushes and the trees. It’s beautiful! Look at the little boy, he wears a long scarf, a wool hat and warm mittens.
外面下著雪，大雪覆蓋了灌木和樹叢, 太美了！小男孩帶著長圍巾，羊毛帽和溫暖的手套。
接著我們可以讓孩子指向畫面中的事物。比如，我們可以問Where is the scarf? 圍巾在哪裡？或者我們可以說Can you touch the scarf? 你能摸一摸圍巾麼？
The car feels cold today.
今天，汽車摸起來很涼。
和孩子說The boy touches the car. How does the car feel? 引導孩子用固定句型The car feels… 來回答。還可以讓孩子找下車上的手印。Can you point at the hand print on the car?
接著可以帶著孩子去摸一下家裡的涼涼的東西。比如，剛剛從冰箱裡拿出來的蘋果。並引導孩子說The apple feels cold today.
The tree feels cold today.
今天，大樹摸起來很涼。
和孩子描述圖片，並提問The boy touches the tree. How does the tree feel? 男孩子摸了摸樹。這棵樹摸上去如何？繼續引導孩子用The ……feels cold today.來回答。
並引導孩子，Does the boy leave a hand print on the tree? Why not? 小男孩在樹上留下手印了麼？為什麼沒有呢？除此之外，我們還可以拓展關於樹的知識。比如，找到樹的不同部位。樹枝、樹幹、樹根等等。
The fence feels cold today.
今天，柵欄摸起來很涼。
和孩子描述圖片，並提問How does the fence feel? 柵欄摸上去如何？繼續引導孩子用The ……feels cold today.來回答。我們還可以讓孩子觀察看看那些樹上有樹葉，那些樹上沒有樹葉了。
問問為什麼呢？這些樹有什麼區別呢？Can you point at the tree with/ without leaves? Why does/doesn』t this tree have leaves?
The mailbox feels cold today.
今天，郵筒摸起來很涼。
The boy opens the mailbox, he gets mails. 小男孩打開郵筒，他收到了信件。可以和小朋友解釋下什麼是郵箱和信件，並在家裡帶著孩子動手做一個小郵箱喲。
The mail feels cold today.
今天，信件摸起來很涼。
先帶著孩子練習基礎的句型How does the mail feel? 繼續引導孩子用The…feels cold today. 來回答。接著可以描述下The boy gets the mail out, why is the mail cold?
對於生活在南方的小朋友來說，可能比較難理解。爸爸媽媽們也可以帶著寶寶們去做做小實驗，感受溫度的變化哦。
The door handle feels cold today.
今天，門把手摸起來很涼。
除了問問基礎句子之外，我們還可以問問為什么小男去了外面。這個可以作為一個開放性問題問問孩子。Why do you think the boy goes out? 期待孩子各式各樣的答案吧。爸爸媽媽也可以參與孩子的討論哦。
The hot chocolate feels good today!
今天的熱巧克力喝起來很舒服！
描述圖片，問問誰給小男孩做了熱巧克力？Who made hot chocolate for the little boy? 接著問問，他喜歡熱巧克力麼？Does he like hot chocolate? 你怎麼知道呢？How do you know?
還可以問幾個和孩子相關的開放性問題。What is your favorite season? Why? 你最喜歡的季節是什麼呢？為什麼喜歡這個季節呢？Do you like hot chocolate? What’s your favorite food? 你喜歡熱巧克力麼？你最喜歡的食物是什麼呢？
繪本讀完啦，還記得小男孩子都摸了什麼地方麼？和爸爸媽媽一起說說吧。
