一.make的用法
單三形式：makes
過去分詞：made
現在分詞：making
1，做；製造；建造
make+賓語
He is making a plane.
他在製造飛機。
make+間接賓語+直接賓語或make+直接賓語+for+間接賓語
My mother made me a skirt.
=My mother made a skirt for me.
我母親為我做了一條裙子。
2，使成為（某種狀態或地位）
make+賓語+賓語補足語
(賓語補足語為形容詞、名詞、介詞短語等)
Too much food made him ill.
吃得太多使他病了。
We made him monitor of our class.
我們選他當我們的班長。(如果賓語補足語名詞為獨一無二的職務、官銜，其前面不用加定冠詞the)
3，使某人做某事
make+賓語+賓語補足語（賓補為不帶to的不定式）
The teacher made the noisy boy stand up.
老師迫使那個吵鬧的男孩站起來。
make one’s mind to do sth.
下定決心做某事。

1.及物動詞make的原義為「製造」，但它經常用於一些固定的結構，最常見的為make+（冠詞）+名詞形式：

3. make sb./sth. +adj. 讓某人／某事....如何
My brother was trying to make his sister happy.我哥哥試圖讓他妹妹開心。
I want to make it clear that I won't mix with them.我要表明，我不會和他們混在一起。
4. 與被動語態的 made 連用的幾個介詞
be made in表示產地或時間
It was made in Germany.
be made of 表示用某種材料製成（通常指製造後不改變該材料原來的性質或形狀）
The tea pot is made of silver.
be made from 表示用數種材料製成，或者是製造後改變了材料原來的性質或形狀
Paper can be made from wood.
be made by表示由誰製造
This cake was made by my sister.
be made into 被製成……
The gold is made into a ring.
【練習】The tiger made the monkey _______ (find) food.
【解析】make sb do sth. 故本題應填find。
【注意】此句型若是在被動語態中，應該把to 還原出來，即bemade to do sth

【解析】此題符合make sth + adj. 故添beautiful，不可用副詞。
