9月19日--21日，由亞洲脊柱學會舉辦的「第十屆亞洲脊柱學會2019年會」在韓國漢城成功召開，來自亞太地區的脊柱外科專家們共聚一堂。首都醫科大學三博腦科醫院副院長、神經外科五病區主任、脊髓脊柱外科中心主任范濤應邀赴韓參加了大會，在大會主席招待晚宴上致賀詞（詳見附文），並分享了在先天性顱頸交界區畸形方面的三博經驗，得到了國際同行的認可和讚揚。
據悉，亞洲脊柱學會年會自2010年開始舉辦以來，已經發展成為和北美脊椎學會年會、歐洲脊椎學會年會相媲美的年度盛會。
范濤教授在會上發表了以「顱頸交界區畸形的分類及手術治療策略」為主題的演講，介紹了Chiari 畸形I型的腦脊液動力學分型和先天性顱底凹陷的細化分型，根據分型採用相應手術方式，既減小了手術創傷，又提高了治療效果。這些都是首都醫科大學三博腦科醫院脊髓脊柱外科中心十年臨床工作經驗及科研成果精華，並已達國內先進、平齊國際水平。
據了解，首都醫科大學三博腦科醫院脊髓脊柱外科中心由范濤教親自創建，並發展起來，十餘年來，首都醫科大學三博腦科醫院脊髓脊柱外科中心以顯微神經外科技術+脊柱內固定技術+術中神經電生理監測技術+微創脊柱技術，全方位開展各種脊髓脊柱手術5000例。手術治療的脊髓脊柱腫瘤、顱頸畸形脊髓空洞和脊柱退行性疾病各占30%左右，已經形成了一個完整健全的脊髓脊柱手術治療體系。

Good evening Ladies and Gental men: I am a neuro-spine surgeon from China. It is my honor to have this congregatulatery words at the presidential Dinner.
The time that I first come to this beautiful country is 2012. Since then I began knowing Korea professors and we made good friends each other. The hardworking,devotion,and solidarity of Korea personality give me a very deep impression.
There are several ASIA accedemic commetees originate from Korea, such as Asia spine, APCSS,They not only promote the advancement of our medical techniques to serve the human being and accelerate the accedemic communication between our Asia counties or even all over the world.
They also provide active opportunities for spine doctors and their friends transfer and exchange different cultures,different personalities and peace of the world. So I hereby devotedly hope a wonderful and glorious ASIA spine meeting in Seoul and a solidary brother and sisterhood between us and our countries.
