今天，繪本的題目是：「Dragons!」
Dragons! 龍！
之前2階的《The Little Dragon》中，我們也說到過 dragon。
說到 dragon，我們需要理解一下，龍啊，在中國和西方的意義是不一樣的哦。在西方，dragon 是傳說中，一種非常凶暴的動物，它的主要任務通常是守護寶藏，它長著翅膀，還會噴火。
而我們中國的龍呢，是可以騰雲駕霧，興雲降雨的，是吉祥的象徵。而且我們中國人，被認為是龍的傳人。
所以今天故事裡出現的，是西方的龍。

我們一起來看下封面，
Biff 和 Wilf 這是在哪裡？
I can see So many trees around.
So I think, They are in the Park.
我看到他們周圍有好多樹，
所以我想他們應該是在公園裡吧。
Biff is pointing at something.
Biff 在指著什麼東西。
And Why does Biff shout?
Let's open the book and turn to page 1.
The children went to the woods with Mrs May.
孩子們跟著 Mrs May 到了樹林。
Everyone was excited.
每個人都很開心。

"You can make wigwams,"said Mrs May.
「你們可以搭個小屋。」 Mrs May 說。
What were the wigwams？
Wigwams 是什麼呢？
Look at the picture.
It just looked like a camp.
Wigwams 看上去就像是一個帳篷。
很久以前，印第安人使用的圓頂或錐形的棚屋。
它是用樹枝作為支架搭出來的。
The children went to get sticks.
孩子們去撿樹枝。
既然 wigwams 是用樹枝搭出來的，
孩子們就分頭去找樹枝了。

"Look at that!"said Biff.
「看那兒！」 Biff 說。
"It's a dragon!"said Wilf.
「是一隻龍！」 Wilf 說。
順著 Biff 手指的方向，我們確實看到了一頭綠色的龍。

"Did you see the green dragon?"said Biff.
「你看到了那隻綠色的龍嗎？」 Biff 說。
"Don't be silly!"said Chip.
「別傻了！」 Chip 說。
也是，樹林裡怎麼可能有龍呢？
大家覺得很奇怪，沒有在意，繼續撿著樹枝。
那麼，Biff 看到的究竟是什麼呢？

「看！」 Wilf 說，「你們看到了嗎？」
"It's a red dragon!"said Biff.
「是只紅色的龍！」 Biff 說。
哈哈，這回 Wilf 也看到龍了。

「你看到了那隻紅色的龍嗎？」 Wilf 說。
"Don't be silly!"said Chip.
「別傻了！」 Chip 說。
因為 Chip 沒有看到，所以不敢相信。
怎麼可能有龍呢？Don't be silly！

"See!" said Biff. "We did see dragons."
「看！」 Biff 說，「我們確實看到了龍。」
這裡的 did 是表示強調。
We see dragons. 我們看到了龍。
We did 確實/的確 see dragons. 我們確實看到了龍。
"They are in a play. We can go and see it," said Mrs May.
「它們在表演呢，我們去看看。」 Mrs May 說。
in a play 在表演，這裡的 play，不是 「玩」 的意思，是 「演出/表演」 的意思。

所以呢，孩子們去看他們表演。
So 是連詞，「所以/因此」 的意思
In the stage，there were 2 dragons and some players.
stage 舞台，舞台上有2隻恐龍和很多演員。
The dragons sang a song.
恐龍在唱歌。

然後，恐龍在跳吉格舞。
then 也是連詞，是 「然後」 的意思。
"The dragons are fun,"said Chip.
