About Bob Dylan Retrospectum Exhibition
在二十世紀的文化史上，鮑勃·迪倫一直是無法被忽略的名字。作為搖滾與民謠音樂的代表人物、歌手、詩人，他曾在2016年因「在美國歌曲傳統中創造了新的詩意表達」被賦予當年的諾貝爾文學獎，長久以來，他也被人們稱為「搖滾樂的桂冠詩人」。然而在其長達近六十年的職業生涯中，鮮少被人提起的是他作為視覺藝術家的成就——作為藝術家，他的創作領域涵蓋了油畫、丙烯、水彩、粉彩、炭筆素描及金屬雕塑等。
本次藝術大展予以觀眾更為深度、立體的多元藝術體驗。這場史詩級的回顧展超過140件作品中，展出了迪倫包含油畫、素描、水彩、手稿、丙烯等架上創作，其鮮為人知的工業金屬雕塑，以及記錄了職業生涯發展不同階段的影像資料和手稿等。展覽以全景式的鋪陳方式，完整地勾勒了迪倫的視覺創作系統，也以不同的方式呈現了在這位影響了全世界的「文化巨人」的藝術創作中的另一種聲音。
Undoubtedly, Bob Dylan has had a long-lasting impact on the 20th century. As a world- renowned musician, songwriter, and poet, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2016 for 「having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition.」 However, his artistic achievements often went unappreciated. As an artist, his creations ranged from oil, acrylic, and watercolor, to graphite and metal sculptures.
The Retrospectrum exhibition presenting over 140 pieces of original artwork, including oil, sketches, watercolor, handwritten lyrics, acrylic, and metal sculptures. Moreover, the panoramic scenography of the exhibition thoroughly illustrates Dylan's creative process through unique perspectives.
