剛學英文的時候我們就知道
whatever表示"隨便,無所謂"
但是在老外眼裡
whatever不能隨便說,很不禮貌！
為什麼「whatever」要慎用？
按照這個理解， whatever 表達一種「對他人話語的冷漠（indifference），相當於who cares!（誰在乎），亦或是「Get a life!（管好你自己、別來煩我）。通常表達的是一種負面情緒，帶有明顯的不耐煩。
1如果男朋友問你：
A：What will we have for breakfast?
早餐我們吃啥啊？
B：Whatever!
隨便！
2如果隔壁（鄰居）老王催你找對象：
A：Even your niece has gotten married, why are you still single?
連你侄女都結婚了，你為啥還不找對象？
B：Whatever!
要你管！
3 如果班上女生對你說：
A：Pikachu is the most handsome one in our class
皮卡丘是班上最帥的男生。
B：Whatever!
隨便！
看到這裡，有同學可能會說：反正就是不能用 whatever 唄？No！！！
之前，中國台灣政論節目已經把「大陸吃不起」演成了一部連續劇。繼大陸人民吃不起茶葉蛋、榨菜之後，他們又從獅子瘦到皮包骨的新聞中，得出「現在大陸連獅子都吃不飽」、「人都吃不飽還去管獅子」的結論。
在這種情況下，我們就可以大聲地回他們一個：whatever!下面教大家如何稍微禮貌一點的，回應對方自己的「無所謂、都可以」的態度！

隨你的便；按自己的意願行事
例句：
You don't want to join the club? Oh well, suit yourself.
你不願意參加俱樂部是嗎? 那好，隨你的便吧。
I don't mind.
我不介意。
這句話就意味著接受了對方的提議，對此沒有任何異議，處於一種「無所謂、都可以」的狀態。
例句：
A: How about eating hot pot tonight?
要不晚上吃火鍋？
B: I don't mind.
我不介意。
it's up to you
聽你的,由你決定
例句：
A: Let's go there.
那就去那裡吧。
B: It's up to you.
你決定（都可以）。
Anything will do.
什麼都行。
這是一句「佛繫到極致」的回答，字面意思是「什麼都行、什麼都可以」，「我不挑」。我們還可以說成 Anything is OK.
例句：
A：What would you like to eat?
想吃的什麼？
B：Anything will do.
都行，我不挑。
as you wish/if you want
隨你吧
例句：
As for your departments plan, you can change as you wish.
至於你們部門的計劃，你願意怎麼改就怎麼改吧。
You're the boss
字面意思為「你就是老闆」，實際含義表示「我聽你的」、「你說了算」。我想對方聽了之後，也會欣然為你安排，誰不想被捧得高一點兒？
例句：
A：Let s take a spin. What do you say?
出去兜個風怎麼樣？
B：You re the boss.
聽你的。
give a damn
不在乎, 不感興趣（永遠用於否定形式）
例句：
He couldn't give a damn whether he passes the exam or not.
他對考試及格與否滿不在乎。
