生活中我们总会用到一些模糊的数字
那这些模糊的数字用英语应该怎么说呢？
"20多" 别用 more than
more 确实是表示“多”
但 more than twenty 可不是“二十多”！
这样的表达是在强调
不止20（可能是30,50,80…）
意思差老远了
所以如果对二十多岁的女生说：more than twenty
是很可能会被打的
正确的是
twenty something
something表示不明确的"几"
类似的表达还有
thirty something percent
百分之三十几吧
one hundred something people
一百来号人吧
此外
表示人的不确切岁数
也可以用几十的复数形式表示
例句：
He became a professor in his twenties.
他二十几岁时成为了教授。
"好几万块钱"怎么说？
当基数词表示不确切数字，如成百、成千上万，三三两两时，基数词则以复数形式出现。
好几百的 = hundreds of
好几百块 = hundreds of yuan
类似的
好几万= tens of thousands of
好几万块 = tens of thousands of yuan
（注意这里ten 和 thousand后面 都要加 s ）
英文里没有与"万"对应的单词，那么“万”用英语怎么表示呢？
1万 = 10千= ten thousand
