To showcase the achievements of foreign entrepreneurs in China, Forbes China and Gongshu District of Hangzhou have jointly launched the “2023 Forbes China Outstanding Foreign Entrepreneur Selection”. The project aims to give recognition to outstanding foreign entrepreneurs who will share their stories of success in China and help to build a more inclusive and innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.

About 2023 Forbes China Outstanding Foreign Entrepreneur Selection

Eligibility

评选对象

• 年满18周岁，过往无犯罪记录 Nominees must be 18 years of age or older with no criminal record；
• 在中国境内进行项目落地 Nominees’ projects must be implemented in China；
• 评选对象需为海外来华创新创业、科技合作的外籍人士/外籍人士所在团队，主要包括 Nominees must be foreign individuals or teams who have started a business or carried out scientific cooperation in China, including: 1) 创业项目或团队的主导者、策划者等核心成员 Core members such as team leaders or project planners； 2) 在国内重点高等院校或国（境）外知名高校取得硕士及以上学位的优秀外籍人才 Individuals who have obtained a master's or above degree from key institutions of higher education in China or well-known universities abroad； 3) 聚焦重点产业方向：生命健康、数字经济、新材料、新能源等赛道 Entrepreneurs focused on key industries such as life science, digital economy, new material, renewable energy, etc.； 4) 创业团队有一位或以上外籍人士即符合资格；港澳台持外籍护照者可以参加 Teams will be eligible as long as one or more members are foreign individuals; residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan holding foreign passports are also eligible.
