融创九熙府项目位于广西南宁青秀区凤岭北合坡路18号 ,毗邻南宁东站，纵享凤岭北板块，区位优势显著；项目周边配套完备；1.5公里直线范围内涵盖6所学校，片区内教育氛围浓厚。

设计理念
以邕江山水文化为蓝本，汲取当地文化元素，继承中式府苑传统空间格局，用现代的设计手法表达新东方禅意，将府苑的尊贵与精奢融入景观之中，步移景异，如诗如画。

摸索|解剖场地
空间结构
示范区范围主要集中在建筑前场，景观面积约7000平米。空间被高效地分割成门、庭、园、院四进归家。将传统门第礼序，院落文化精髓应用到景观结构上。
The demonstration area is mainly concentrated in the front of the building, with a landscape area of about 7000 square meters. The space is efficiently divided into four parts: door, courtyard, garden and courtyard. The traditional gate order and courtyard culture essence are applied to the landscape structure.
平面推演
根据用地性质，合理停车布局，打造欲扬先抑的情境体验。适度的流线长度，特色的样板房空间，地标性的城市界面，形成不同空间的收放关系。
通过“视觉”“听觉”“嗅觉”来表现景观空间氛围，形成多维感官交织的空间体验 ，从而深化景观意境与内涵。
According to the nature of the land, reasonable parking layout, to create the scene experience. The characteristic model room space, the appropriate streamline length, the landmark urban interface, forms the different space to put in the relationship.
Through "vision", "hearing" and "smell", the spatial atmosphere of the landscape is expressed to form a spatial experience of multi-dimensional sensory interweaving, thus deepening the artistic conception and connotation of the landscape.

翠拥
主入口由竹林缓缓步入，兼顾停车后人群的进入。对称布置序列庄严，又以现代手法诠释空间的刚毅。序列感的格栅以及南宁特色壮锦纹的运用，体现了入口的厚重气势，凸显其精致中正之貌。虚与实相结合的山水画，如同写意画卷般精彩。引得来来人想一探究竟。

用松，石入画， 以框景的手法刻苍松迎客之意境。

松涧
在空间划分上，中庭由于场地的限制前场较为狭长。我们在传统的中式景观空间中汲取灵感。将旱溪与水景相连，植物与景石层叠，再用现代的手法演绎一个仪式空间，虚与实层层交错，增强递进的步入感受。打造一种宁静祥和的中庭景观，远离喧嚣的向往，上下天光如镜，远近山水拂尘。
华灯初上，天光如镜，营造出徐徐漫步，波光盈盈的氛围。
云栖
后场则营造了一种曲径通幽，豁然开朗的景观效果，穿过层林，迎来阳光满满的草坪，自然惬意，精神得到放松，开阔的视觉景观平复客户心情渐入佳境。
穿过层层台阶，豁然开朗，一方景色全然纳入眼中，层层递进的空间感受。
竹语
在样板庭院的部分，参考了传统的合院式景观。营造传统中式的山水情趣。景观设计不只是植物的设计，而是将所有单位空间相串联。因此我们取消无谓的动线，让场景更加生活化，展现出生活感的场景。
一庭一风景，一院一世界，追求禅意灵动的空间感受。

落地控制
根据施工图，二次还原方案模型，保证施工图对方案的高度还原，确保无设计衰减，同时指导后期施工落地——效果即实景。
注重材料的自然肌理，摒弃繁复的装饰主义用大写意的意境和气质营造示范区。
策略巧思
经过数次推敲和项目前场红线的大变动。我们最终确定以整个场地的景观体验感为设计的大前提。首先满足看房人对于整个售楼处乃至未来大区所有的期待，再在宾至如归的舒适感中加增其他的景观要素，从而达到事半功倍的效果。
