作為借鑑大陸法系而形成的中國特色社會主義法系，中國法律在很多方面與屬於海洋法系的美國法律，存在較大的差異。
在曾經很長的一段時間裡，以英美海洋法係為社會秩序維護基礎的國家在社會發展上取得了長足的進步，通常他們將之解釋為「法制的勝利」...
但是隨著非海洋法系國家中國近幾十年的迅猛發展，曾經諸如此類建築在「想當然」的主觀意識上的自大，逐漸被現實戳破。

作為一個生活在美國的中國公民，有哪些中國法律是你期望美國也能擁有的？
